September 9, 1932--probably Prescott Courier STEMMER FUNERAL RITES SATURDAY Sacred Heart Church Service to Precede Burial At Mountain View. Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Stemmer, who succumed Wednesday night at her home here, will be held at nine o'clock Saturday morning at the Sacred Heart Catholic church. Burial will follow at the Mountain View cemetery. Mrs.Stemmer, the mother of C.C. Stemmer, postmaster of Cottonwood, had lived in the city for the past six years and had many friends. At the bedside when death came was the son, two nurses and Mrs. Donnie Morris, friend of Mrs. Stemmer for the past 42 years. The Stemmer residence is at at 327 South Granite street.
