Alberto R. Alvares, 67, of Phoenix, AZ, died on June 16, 2003. Visitation will be on Sunday, 5pm - 8pm, Camelback Sunset Chapel, 301 W. Camelback Road. Funeral service will be on Monday, 9am at the Mortuary. Arrangements by Camelback Sunset Chapel.
