Mark Anthony
Marc Anthony Leber, 40, of Globe died Aug. 2, 2003, in Globe. He was born in Loma Linda, Calif. He was an enrolled member of the Tohono O'odham Indian Nation in Sells.
He was a Bureau of Indian Affairs special agent assigned to the San Carlos Apache Reservation. He had recently transferred from BIA duty in Nevada where he started working in 1996. Previously he had worked for the U.S. Border Patrol and the Riverside County Sheriff's Department in California.
Survivors include his wife, Inez; three sons, Mark J. Leber, Scott P. Leber and Eric A. Leber, all of Globe; his parents, William E. and Irma R. Kesler of Chino Valley; three brothers, Alexander A. Kesler of Beaumont, Calif., Adrian A. Kesler of Georgetown, Texas, and Edward A. Kesler of Houma, La.; and his grandparents, Adolph and Ruth Romo of Banning, Calif.
A memorial service was conducted in Miami on Aug. 8.
Lamont Mortuary of Globe assisted the family with cremation.
