Cathy Sue Noseworthy of Mesa passed away April 15, 2003 at Mesa Lutheran Hospital. 

She was born Jan. 26, 1956 in Cottonwood, AZ and graduated from Mingus High School and graduated from Chaffey College in California with a nursing degree. 

She is survived by her mother Charlotte Balik; brothers, Mike Smith of Tucson, Bill Smith of Cottonwood, Tim Balik of San Diego; sisters, Becky Harris of Mesa, Denise Smith of Iowa; son, Loran Arnold of Rancho Cucamonga, CA; daughter, Crystal Plumb of Mesa and five grandchildren.
