Jay Michael Pulis Sr, 56, of Scottsdale AZ, passed away June 10, 2003. Services 7pm Friday June 20, 2003, Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd, Scottsdale, AZ. Published in The Arizona Republic on 6/18/2003. ------------------------ Jay Michael Pulis, Sr., passed away on June 10, 2003 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born January 7, 1947 to Russell & Lou Pulis in Ottumwa, Iowa. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Jay leaves behind his wife, Jay Ann, daughter, Robbie Ann (Kevin) Fite, sons, J. Michael Pulis Jr., R. Scott Boren & C. Scott (Shannon) Pulis, brother, Lee Pulis and 5 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Friday, June 20, 2003 at 7:00 PM with a social hour from 6-7pm at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary, 6500 E. Bell Road, Scottsdale, AZ. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Friends of Swimming & Diving in Honor of Jay M. Pulis c/o Gift Records, Princeton University, P.O. Box 5357 Princeton, NJ 08543-5357.
