DONNELLY, Charles Robert

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, April 20, 2003 Charles Robert Donnelly, 77 of Sun City, AZ, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2003. Charles was born September 3, 1925 to David and Margaret Donnelly in Cedar Lake MN. He was a veteran of WWII having served in the U.S. Navy. Charles was an Agent Telegrapher for Chicago Northwestern Railroad in Nebraska. He retired in 1987 after 40 years of service. Charles is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Ruby; three sons, Stephen, Kevin, and Daniel; three daughters, Mary, Thoma, and Theresa; 14 grandchildren; one brother, David Donnelly and one sister, Mary Clare Kennison. Preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Phillip and Patrick; son, Charles Thomas Don-nelly and daughter, Kathleen Marie Donnelly. Services held April 21 at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Family Parish in Glendale, AZ with Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Avondale, AZ. Courtesy of Pat Wilson.
