Andrew James Fitzhugh, a loving son, husband, and father born on December 16, 1955 passed away on April 16, 2003. 

Andrew is survived by his wife Terry of 27 years, daughter Jessica, son Kristofer, grandson Tyler, mother Maria, sister Olivia, brothers Gene, John, and Edward and 3 nephews and 5 nieces. He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Fitzhugh. 

Memorial services will be held at Holy Spirit Church, 1815 E. Gemini Dr. in Tempe on Tuesday, April 22, 2003 at 10:00 AM. 

Burial will proceed following the mass at Resthaven Park Mortuary and Cemetery.
