The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, April 20, 2003 Raymond Alfred Johnson, age 78, passed away at home after a long illness. Entered into rest April 1, 2003. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict. A former resident of the Phoenix area, and founder of Ray's Appliance Service of Youngtown, Arizona, he is survived by his wife, Teresa, children Mary Roberts, Raymond Jr., Jimmy Johnson and Elaine Vermalin; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
