SMITH, Darrel Edwin

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, April 20, 2003 Darrel Edwin Smith, born 1932, passed away peacefully at his home. Son of Neil M. Smith and Loretta Elsie Lavallee. Born and educated in Canada, moved with his family to the United States in 1967. He became a United States citizen in 1982. Darrel was well known and respected in the printing industry. He founded Courier Graphics in 1975. He leaves behind his wife Natalie, daughter Pamela Carritt, son-in-law Jan, grandchildren Dara Scott and Max Carritt; sons David and Jeffrey, daughter-in-law Lori, grandchildren Brian and Jordan Smith; brothers Donald and Bernt Smith of Calgary, sister Valerie McDougall of Winnipeg.
