Visitation will be on Mon., 5-8pm at Camelback Sunset Chapel, 301 W., Camelback Rd. 

Graveside with honors will be on Tues., 9:30am, National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Cave Creek and Pinnacle Peak Roads.
