SWEARINGIN, David Earl

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Sunday, April 20, 2003 David Earl Swearingin, age 51, passed away April 15, 2003. He was born June 12, 1951, in Indianapolis, Ind., to Earl and Mildred Swearingin. David lived life to his fullest and had an astonishing career as a Phoenix Police Officer for over 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. He loved his grandchildren, Destinee, Sabrina, Devon, Ethan, Skeeter and baby Alex and Mia. His favorite thing to say was that he lived his life through his wife, his children and grandchildren's lives. He will be missed by all. David is survived by his lovely wife, Vickie and their four children, Jason, Shawna, Nathan and Christopher and his mother, Reda. Funeral services for David will be held on Tuesday, April 22, at 2:30 p.m., at the Light and Life Church, 6331 West Lamar Street in Glendale, Ariz.
