Alta E. Lockskin, 36, died Friday, Feb. 5, in Phoenix at the St. Joseph's Hospital. She had been a resident of St. Johns for seven years. 
     
Alta was married to Thomas Lockskin Oct. 5, 1998. They were married for 11 years. She was a member of Grovers Hill Ward of the Latter Day Saints in St. Johns.
     
She is survived by her husband Thomas; sons Joshua and Jesse Lockskin; father Thomas McHaffey; sisters Katrina Taylor, Belinda Beckett and Kimberly Kleckner and brother Bryan McHaffey. She had lots of extended family and many friends. "We will all miss her. May the angels in Heaven look down on us. They have a Special one up there now. Our prayers go out to the family."
     
Services were held Saturday, Feb. 13, at Grovers Hill Ward in St. Johns officiated by Bishop Eisley.
