Marion Elizabeth (Penny) Morris went to be with the Lord on May 24, 2008, at home with her family. She was born on March 15, 1925, in Lancaster County, Pa., to John and Elizabeth Penner.
Penny was a member of Humboldt Bible Church, where she was active in the Awana. She was also active in the Christian Women’s Club in both Arizona and Texas. Her quick wit was enjoyed by all who knew her and she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her loving husband Jack; her sons, Dean, Paul and Barry; her daughters, Sharlet, Debbie and Donna; brothers Paul and Richard; sister Joanne; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, June 14, 2008, at Humboldt Bible Church.
Final arrangements were entrusted to the Hampton Funeral Home.
