William Edward Parks of Wickenburg died Saturday, July 24, 1993, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in phoenix.  He was 64.  

Mr. Parks was born March 24, 1929, in Chicago, Illinois, and had lived in Wickenburg for five years, moving here from California.  He was a truck driver and an Army veteran.  

Mr. Parks is survived by his mother, Lillian Parks of Wickenburg.  
Services have been held.  

Interment was at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Cave Creek.  Arizona Cremation and Burial of Phoenix handled the arrangements.
