Rosine was born to Carlos and Alva Maybin April 28, 1930 in Sonora, California. Rosine was the nucleus of her family. Her pride, joy and strength were her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers, nieces and nephews.
      
She is survived by her sibling, Weston Butler of Alpine; children Kelvin Lumpkins, Micci Gamble and Becky Cowell all of Sierra Vista; grandchildren, Michael Colclasure, Fairhope, Alabama, Chad Colclasure deployed by the U.S. Army, Delicia Norton of Copperas Cove, Texas, and Stacey Oden of Sierra Vista; great-grandchildren Mallory, William, Hayden, Michael and Chloe.
