Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona December 15, 1983 Mary R. Ribbons, 81, of Wickenburg, died Dec. 10 in Boswell Hospital in Sun City. As a young girl Ribbons traveled with her family in a covered wagon from Illinois to Oklahoma to homestead. She married Edward P. Dunlavey, who died in 1953, and later married Ralph Ribbons in 1958 making their home in Wittmann until his death. She had returned to Arizona only two-and-a- half months before her death. She was born Sept. 23, 1902, in McComb, Ill. She is survived by her son Edward Dunlavey, of Wickenburg; three sister, Lila Wells, of Reydon, Okla., Mrs. Roy Crawford, of Ft. Supply, Okla. and Eunice Wilson, also of Ft. Supply. Rosary was Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and services followed on Wednesday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Thomas Boyle officiating. Interment followed in the Wittmann Cemetery and visitation was Tuesday at noon in the Wickenburg Funeral Home chapel.
