Dr. Harold D. Udelman, age 69, passed away November 26, 2002 in Phoenix. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio and attended the University of Cincinnati.
He moved to the Valley 38 years ago after serving as a Captain in the United States Army. He was a practicing psychiatrist with a warm heart, a jovial sense of humor and a compassionate manner. He served as past President of the Arizona Psychiatric Association, a member of the Board of Directors of the Maricopa County Medical Society and founded the Biomedical Stress Research Foundation for research on the correlation between emotions and illness.
He is survived by his wife Linda; son Randall (Theresa) Udelman; daughters Lisa (Nelson) Lerner and Tamara Udelman and grandchildren Levy, Ari and Jeremy Lerner.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, November 27th in Sinai Mortuary Chapel in Phoenix. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, PMB 516, 3104 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016, The Chrysallis Shelter, 2345 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016 or Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014.

Dr. Harold Udelman, beloved husband, father of three, and grandfather of three, passed away November 26, 2002 in Phoenix with his family at his side.
Dr. Udelman was born in Hamilton, Ohio and lived in Phoenix since 1964, where he practiced medicine with a warm heart, a jovial sense of humor, and a compassionate manner.
He is survived by his wife, Linda; daughters Lisa (Nelson Lerner), Tammy, and his son Randy (Terri Udelman).
Services will be held at Sinai Mortuary, 4538 N. 16th Street at 2pm on Wednesday, November 27, 2002.
