KUNKA, Andrew

Andrew Kunka, passed away on June 20, 2003 in Phoenix, AZ. He was born February 8, 1969 in Queens, New York to Peter & Luba Kunka.

He leaves behind and will be dearly missed by his wife, Laura; sons, Nicholas & Zachary; parents, Peter & Luba; brother, Peter (Alice); grandmother, Catherine Kunka; father-in-law, Larry Powell; mother-in-law, Cindy Ashley; numerous extended family members and many, many friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2003, 5-8 p.m. with a Panakhyda Service at 7:00 p.m. at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary, 6500 E. Bell Rd. in Scottsdale, AZ. Funeral Mass will be 9:00 a.m., Thursday, June 26, 2003, at Dormition of the Mother of God Ukrainian Catholic Church, 3720 W. Maryland in Phoenix.

The family wishes to express appreciation for love and support that has been shown at this time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kunka Children Educational Fund, c/o 6500 E. Bell Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85254.
