CRANE-DUNLAP, Alexis Nicole

Alexis Nicole Crane-Dunlap was born with Congenital Diaphragmatis Hernia and was 3 days old when her heart and lungs gave up. 

She is my angel and will be dearly missed.

She is survived by mother Jennifer Crane-Carlson and Sister Jasmine 
Carlson and father Brett J. Dunlap of AZ.
