William Dolph Simpson, a resident of Arizona for 32 years died on Feb. 27.
He was 77.
He had been a rancher in Kansas for 21 years and upon moving to Arizona he entered the contracting business.
He was one of the founders of Calvary Baptist church and was instrumental in the church. He was a deacon there for 20 years.
Memorial services will be March 5 at 11 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; three sisters, Marjorie Herligman, Kathryn Mason and Evelyn Mason, two sons, Fred Herligman and Ed Herligman, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Interment will be in the Wickenburg Cemetery.
