A memorial service was given for the late Charles Bennett Jackson on May 22.
The firerose Boat was chartered at the Sansalito Yacht Harbor, and his ashes were taken beyond the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco as requested by Mr. Jackson.
After Father John Bennison conducted the service, the ashes were strewn from the boat.
Everyone aboard threw red roses on the water. It was a beautiful service.
