AUSTIN, Helen M.

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona March 10, 1983 Helen M. Austin, 61, died on March 5 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Helen and her husband moved to Arizona in 1946. She lived in Morenci for 25 years and then retired in Congress in 1977. She was a member of the Town Hall in Congress for several years and was an active member of the Retired Seniors Volunteer Program. She is survived by her husband, Paul, three daughter, Mary Denton and Pat Heath of New York, JoAnn Crawford of Phoenix, two sons; Thomas of Casper, Wyo., Paul Jr. of Morenci, 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be March 11 Wickenburg Funeral Home.
