ABERNATHEY, Frances A.

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona April 21, 1983 Frances A. Abernathey, a resident of Congress, for 14 years died on April 7. She had been a housewife. She is survived by her husband Alfred D. Abernathey; one daughter, Ruth Deffenbaugh of Atascadero, Calif.; three sons, Gale of Eugene, Ore., Clyde of Phoenix and Jack of Sierra Vista; 10 grandchildren; one brother, George Lapham of Iowa and one sister, Sylvia Whittaker of Florida. She is preceded in death by one son, Floyd. Services will be on April 20 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home with Pastor Bert Follmar officiating. Interment will be in the Wickenburg Cemetery.
