Authorities said Robert Charles Webb, 41, was announced dead at the scene of the accident on Tuesday, March 27. According to YCSO reports, Webb was in the process of situating his single-wide mobile home on a property in Congress when the accident happened. According to two employees of the moving company involved in setting up the home, the mobile was placed on the property and set on top of jack stands. Webb was apparently placing additional jack stands under the mobile when it shifted and fell. He was caught underneath the structure and witnesses were unable to pull him free.
