HANSON, Helen Aline

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 02/21/2003 Helen Aline Hanson, 84, died Monday, Feb. 17, 2003 in Payson. She was born Feb. 11, 1921 in Arkansas. Helen was a stay-at-home housewife and enjoyed keeping her house tidy. She enjoyed her yard and garden and loved her grandchildren. Helen is survived by two daughters, Hazel Hanson of Overgaard and Joni Chisum of Hawaii; two granddaughters, Stephanie Olmsette and Darla Zuck both of Overgaard; two grandsons, Troy Van Cleave of Phoenix and Trenton Van Cleave of Holbrook; one nephew, Danny Layaton; and nine great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Troy Hanson in 1983. Graveside services will be held Friday, Feb. 21 at noon in the Heber Cemetery. Owens Mortuary of Show Low is handling arrangements.
