TINGLEAF, Doris E.

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, AZ - 02/28/2003 Doris E. Tingleaf, 89, died Feb. 20, 2003 in Lakeside. Mrs. Tingleaf was born in Altona, Illinois Jan. 17, 1914. She came to Arizona in 1952 from Illinois. She was a homemaker all of her adult life. Her husband Nord preceded her in death in 1989. She has lived in Lakeside since 1967. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Show Low for many years. She enjoyed gardening and yard work. She is survived by her son; Arthur Tingleaf of Escondida, California; one granddaughter in Las Vegas, Nevada and one sister, Arline McCurdy in Galva, Illinois. Funeral services were held Monday, Feb. 24 at the First Baptist Church in Show Low. Interment will be in the Show Low Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Fletcher's Mortuary of Show Low.
