PALMER, Charles Clark

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona ~ 03/07/2003 Charles C. Palmer, 71, of Springerville died Sunday, March 2, 2003. Mr. Palmer has lived in Springerville all of his life, born Sept. 14, 1931 in Ajo. He graduated from high school and then entered military service, and was a US Marine Corp Veteran. He is survived by his wife Goldie M. (Igg) Palmer; daughter, Charlene; son. Rick W. Palmer; and a brother, Joan Kelsey (Miggs) Palmer; and his wife, Estella; grandchildren, Santana Jaramilo, Jason Jaramillo, Brandi Kunkel, Angela Nabity, Sheya Hamblin, Steven Becker; great-grandchildren, Danner Charles Jaramilo, Kimberly Kunkel, Jarod Kunkel, Shelby Becker, Devlin Becker; and many nephews, nieces, aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Robert (Bob); mother Allene Palmer; and one brother Robert D. Palmer. Visitation was held March 6 with services to be held Friday, March 7 at the Presbyterian Church at 2 p.m. Burial will be at the Springerville Cemetery.
