The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 03/14/2003 Thurman Cosay, 40, died March 3, 2003 in Tucson. He was born Sept. 22, 1962 in Whiteriver and was a resident of Canyon Day. Thurman is survived by his wife, Kathleen Cosay; mother, Louella Riley; step-father, Davis Riley, Sr., sisters; Jennifer Cosay, Louellen Cosay, Crystal Riley; brothers, Theron Cosay, Darrell Cosay, Davis Riley, Jr.; aunts, Amelia Kane, Serena Altaha, Vivian Williams, Isabel Cosay and Lucille Moody; uncles, Prentiss Bread and Carly Cosay, Sr.; one niece and four nephews. Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 11 at Miracle Church in Canyon Day with Pastor Leroy Tate officiating. Interment will be in the Canyon Day Community Cemetery. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
