Mr. McWilliams was born Dec 16, 1946, in Stamford, Texas. He was involved in construction at different building sites throughout the Phoenix area. Mr. McWilliams is survived by his mother Viola McWilliams of Wickenburg; sister Darrell Harris-Parker of Scottsdale; three nieces; and three nephews. Private services already have been held. Arrangements were provided by Frey Funeral Home in Wickenburg.
