PETTIGREW, Margaret E.

Margaret E. Pettigrew was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus the 18th day of June 2003. She was born 86 years ago in Clinton County Indiana, the first of nine children born to Ray and Lula Douglas. She and her husband Nyle, who preceded her in death four years ago, moved to Arizona in the late 1960's. They both served the Lord as members of The Church of Jesus in Phoenix. Margaret was a caring and thoughtful person, always ready to lift someone up in prayer. She is survived by her brother Paul and his family in Indiana, her sister Shirley and her family in Tempe, AZ, her husband Nyle's family from Indiana to Florida as well as her extended family at the church and close neighbors. A memorial service will be held at the Church of Jesus at 13246 N. 23rd Ave., Phoenix, AZ on Tuesday, June 24th at 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014, to benefit the patients at The Gardiner Home.
