SCHEURING, Richard

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, April 22, 2003 Richard Scheuring, 80, of Phoenix, passed away April 18, 2003. He was born on January 2, 1923 in Ashton, Iowa. Mr. Scheuring was a U. S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a longtime employee of Phoenix Elementary School District #1 and volunteered in the gift shop at Phoenix Baptist Hospital for 10 years. Survivors include his wife, Mary; daughters, Cathy Rone (Rick), Loraine Scheuring; sons, Rick (Sherry), Steve (Jue Yae), Paul (Sherry). Brian (Bonnie), Eric, Keith (Marie), Neil; sisters, Eleanore (Ed) Wilde, Freda (Francis) St. Andrew; fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral Mass, Wednesday, April 23, 2003, 10:00 A.M., Sts. Simon & Jude Cathedral, 6351 North 27th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E.
