The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Tuesday, April 22, 2003 Rosalino "Ross" V. Sotelo, 82, of Casa Grande, AZ, a General Contractor, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2003. He was born on Sunday, August 15, 1921 in Sasabe, AZ. Clubs & Organizations: Navy Veteran 1942-1945. Worked for Western Contractors. Owned his own company, Southern Pipeline. Member of Elks Lodge and Knights of Columbus. He traveled extensively in Mexico. He and his wife, Annie built through generous donations a St. Vincent de Paul Society center in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Sonora, Mexico. They organized many trips there, taking items for the needy. Preceded in Death by wife Annie Sotelo, sons Benny Sotelo and Ross Sotelo, Jr., 2 sisters and 6 brothers. Survivors include: son Denny Sotelo, Casa Grande, AZ, daughter Ginger Phillips PIano, TX, daughter Norma Limon, MI, brother Jessie Sotelo, Buckeye, AZ, brother Manuel Sotelo, El Monte, CA, sister Gloria Moreno, Phoenix, AZ, sister Maria Miranda, Peoria, AZ, sister Lillie Camacho, Kearney, AZ, sister Virginia Barbo, Redlands, CA; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Visitation St. Anthony's Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 22nd from 6-8 p.m. with a 7:00 Rosary. Services will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd, 10:00 a.m. at the church, Francisco Salas officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul of Rocky Point in care of George Berkner, VP, 6135 N. 51st Place, Paradise Valley, AZ 85253. Arrangements by J.
