BERRA, John Joseph

Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, June 8, 2008 John Joseph Berra, 48, of Prescott, Ariz., died Tuesday June 3, 2008, in Phoenix, Ariz. He was born Nov. 26, 1959, in Phoenix, Ariz., to the late Raymond and Carol Berra. His quiet, gentle soul will be forever missed and cherished by all who knew him. Wife Diana; daughters Kori Lynne and Erika; son Stephen; sister Laurie (Garry) Hadley; brother-in-law Scott (Cindy) White; mother and father-in-law David and Sandy White; and nephews Thomas and Michael Hadley survive him. John spent his last day with his family and returned home to join his parents, Ray and Carol Berra and our heavenly Father … and John’s trumpets were blowing. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 7, 2008, at the American Evangelical Lutheran Church, at 1085 Scott Dr., Prescott, Ariz. A reception will follow at the church fellowship hall. Memorials may be made to any youth organization in the community. Services were entrusted to Hampton Funeral Home. Information provided by survivors.
