LAMBERT, Jack D.


The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ May 12, 1993 Jack D. Lambert of Wickenburg died Monday, April 26, 1993, at his home. He was 62. He was born July 4, 1929, in Hayes, Louisiana, and had lived in Wickenburg since 1991, moving here from Sylmar, Calif. He was retired from Hannon Engineering Co. as a sound/communications engineer, after 25 years of service. After his retirement from Hannon, he worked for National Broadcasting Network in Burbank, Calif., owned and operated the Sylmar Inn from 1972-74 and the Lambert Tractor Co. in 1979. Mr. Lambert graduated from McNeese University in Louisiana. He was a member of a Jeep Club and enjoyed finding long forgotten roads in four-wheel drives. He was always seeking and finding long deserted ghost camps and mines. He is survived by his wife, Monica, of Wickenburg; son and daughter-in-law Wayne and Joy Osher of Orlando, Florida; daughter and son-in-law Laura and Michael Frank of North Hollywood, Calif.; mother Lillie Lambert of Sulphur, LA; sisters and brother-in-laws Bonnie and Fred Flores of S. Lagua, Calif., Marilyn and Clint Sutherland, Donna and Louis Turner and Debbie and Mitchell Lowry all of Sulphur, LA; and granddaughters Sarah and Linnea. Services have been held with private cremation at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott, with Father Mathew Mampara officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1550 E. Meadowbrook Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85014. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home of Prescott handled the arrangements.
