FORTUNA, Robert Michael

Robert Michael Fortuna, DO, Phoenix AZ, peacefully passed away Saturday, June 21, 2003.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Susan A. "Petrillo" Fortuna. Four sons: Julius Fortuna and wife Kerry, Lee Fortuna and wife Justine, Michael Fortuna and wife Debbie, and Patrick Fortuna. Seven grandchildren survive Robert: Christine, Matthew, Cassie, Talia, Nickey, Cameron, and Frankie. A niece Nancy Angelis also survives him.

Robert was an Army veteran of the Korean War, where he was a pharma-cist. He was involved in the Elks, American Legion, and was a parishioner of the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.

Funeral services were held Sunday June 22, 2003. The family suggests contributions to the American Leukemia Society.
