SNIDER, Jay Gordon

Jay Gordon Snider, 48, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on June 20, 2003. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, June 24th, 10:00 a.m. at the Phoenix Memorial Mortuary. Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation.
