Prescott (AZ) Courier Saturday, April 19, 1902, p 3 The accounts of W. A. Milton, administrator of the estate of Peter Donnelly, deceased, were passed upon by the probate court on the 14th of April, 1902. The administrator accounted for having received $601.45, and having disbursed $521.10, on account of the allowed and filed debts of the deceased, and the charges and expenses of administration, leaving $80.35 cash balance on hand. The court allowed all of the items charged in the administrator's account excepting the item of $100 charged as attorney's fees, which was approved for $50, and the administrator charged with the balance of $130.35 on hand, which said balance was ordered by the court to be paid into the county treasury, there being no known heirs of deceased. The amount was paid over to County Treasurer Storm yesterday. The deceased was an old resident of this county, residing near Briggs, where he lived the life of a hermit, he was found dead in his cabin some time in January 1, 1901. His estate consisted of about 40 head of cattle and horses, which were sold during the administration of the estate.
