The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 05/02/2003 Florence Nadine Gamel, 76, died April 29, 2003. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend was born Florence Nadine Rossen in St. Louis, Missouri Oct. 10, 1926. She is survived by her children, Marc F. Hayden (Joanie), Sharon R. Urzi (John), Barbara J. Snyder (Robert); grandchildren, Michelle D. Schnitzer (Mark), Salvatore A. Urzi (Mary), Joshua Hayden, Heather J. Mitchell (Bobby), Kimberly Henson (Kelly), Ashley Snyder; great-grandchildren, Shereé L. Schnitzer, Christopher A. Schnitzer, Daniel M. Schnitzer, Nicholas G. Urzi, Ashlee M. Urzi, Cassidy R. Urzi, Anthony G. Urzi and Sean S. Henson; nephew, Michael "Mickey" Lange (Maggie). Memorial services will be held Sunday, May 4 at the Eastern Star Memorial at the Masonic Lodge, 741 E. Whipple in Show Low at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Shrine Hospital Travel Fund, c/o El Zaribah Temple, 552 N. 40th St., Phoenix, AZ 85008 or the Arizona Foundation for the blind.
