HAZELETT, William A.

William A. Hazelett, 86, of Phoenix AZ passed away June 23, 2003. He was born March 24, 1917, in Phoenix, graduated from Phoenix Union High School, attended Phoenix Junior College and Woodbury College.

He was co-owner and president of Bishop Glass Company until retiring in 1985. He belonged to Phoenix Country Club over 50 years and enjoyed spending summers at Mission Beach CA.

He was preceded in death by Dorothy, his wife of 56 years. He is survived by his daughters Vicki (John) Beaver of Phoenix, Patricia (John) Shipp of Vista, CA, son Richard Hazelett of Phoenix, brother Robert Hazelett of Phoenix, 6 grandchildren, and his dear companion Colleen Crawford of Scottsdale AZ.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, June 27, 2003, at A. L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuaries, 710 W Bethany Home Road in Phoenix. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix, 2645 N. 24th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
