Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona April 13, 1962 Nels Mouridsen Rites Thursday Funeral services for NELS MOURIDSEN of Phoenix, a former resident here, were held at 10 o’clock Thursday morning in the Paradise Chapel in Phoenix with burial in that city. Mr. Mouridsen, who retired two years ago as the Remuda Ranch gardener for 23 years, died in a Phoenix rest home Monday. Mr. Mouridsen was born in Denmark 79 years ago. He served in the Danish Army before coming to Arizona 33 years ago. He had lived in Wickenburg for 23 years, retiring two years ago to move to Phoenix. Surviving are the widow, Andrea, who was also on the Remuda Ranch staff as housekeeper for 23 years; three daughter, Mrs. Reece Verner, Mrs. Mattie Ware and Mrs. Arthur Lynch, all of Phoenix; one sister, Mrs. Ted Krell of Milwaukee, Wis.; and nine grandchildren.
