PROVENCE, Samuel R.

Samuel R. Provence, age 84, died June 22, 2003 in Goodyear, Arizona. He was born in Cannonsberg, Penn. He is survived by his wife Mary, daughter Mary Lee Wells of Harrison, Ohio, 4 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren. Stepchildren Marihelen France (Brian), Rhonda Mattern (William) and 4 step-grandchildren.

He was a retired Chief Master Sergeant with the Air Force with 30 years service. He was a life member of NCOA-Highest award Excaliber Knight of the Sword, D.A.V., American Legion and AF Sergents Association. Donations may be made to Vista Care Hospice
Foundation "Legacies of Love" in Memory of Samuel R. Provence.

Services are 10am at St. Thomas Acquinas Catholic Church in Avondale AZ. Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery in Glendale AZ with full military honors.
