Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona May 11, 1962 HILARY WILLIAMS Funeral Friday Luke Air force Base personnel will conduct military funeral rites at 2 p.m. today (Friday) in the Wickenburg Chapel for Hilary L. Williams. Military burial rites will follow in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mr. Williams died at 2:50 a.m. Monday in the Veterans Hospital in Long Beach, Calif. Born May 10, 1914, in San Antonio, Texas, Mr. Williams served 20 years in the air force before his retirement in 1957. He saw service in World War II and the Korean War. He moved to Wickenburg in 1960 and resided 6 miles east of the Phoenix Highway. Since coming here he had been a Civil Service employee at Luke Air Force Base. Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Minnie Williams; one daughter, Mrs. Ray Hodgson of Wickenburg; one son Lt. William L. Smith of Hill air Force Base, Kaysville, Utah; and four grandchildren, John, Raymond, Michelle and Janinne Hodgson of Wickenburg.
