NELSON, Jessica Adele

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, February 25, 2010 Jessica Adele Nelson, born on March 3, 1942, passed away peacefully on Oct. 26, 2009, after a long battle with breast cancer. Jessica ("Jessie") is survived by her children, David Starling, Christopher Starling, Terri Hardtner and Jennifer Chapman; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers Albert "Fess' Fessenden and John Fessenden; sisters Joan Salado and Carol Scott; and many nieces and nephews. Jessica was a true fighter and a miracle for many years. She was full of tenacity and always had a joke or smile. She will be greatly missed. A Celebration of Life will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2010, at the Prescott VFW #541. Information provided by survivors.
