Sheldon Gillies, 71, of Sun City, passed away February 14, 2010. He was born May 17, 1938 in New York City, NY to William and Mary Gillies. 

Sheldon served in the United States Navy from 1956 to 1967 and moved to Arizona in 1988, when he retired as an electrical engineer. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Karen; daughter Pamela Gillies; son Brian Gillies; brother William Gillies; and numerous nieces and nephews. Private services were held.
