Carl Richard Cook, 80, of Prescott, AZ, died June 24, 2003. Born June 12, 1923. An open house will be held Thursday, June 26, 2003 at the family home, 4 Wineglass Dr., Prescott, AZ. A private cremation was held at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, AZ. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
