The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, April 24, 2003 Richard S. McNeill, 81, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away April 21, 2003. Born June 19, 1921 in Pasadena, CA. He moved to Arizona when he was an infant. Military service: U.S. Army. Richard was an Office Manager for Del Webb, retired over 20 years ago. He was preceded in death by his son, Rick McNeill and sister, Mildred J. McNeill. He is survivied by his wife Ann McNeill; daughter, Patricia (Larry) Ranft of Phx.; grandchildren Paul (Kerri) Siau of Lubbock, TX, and Traci Ranft of Phx., AZ; great grandchildren, Jacob Siau and Faith Ranft; and half sister, Betty Salas of Sun City, CA.
