Courtesy of Pat Wilson. ----------------------- The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, April 25, 2003 Muriel Vivian Schneider, of Sun City West, passed away Monday, April 21, 2003, at her home at the age of 79. She was born in Hartington, NB on July 24, 1923, the daughter of Henry Andrew Miller and Edith Viola Gowery. Muriel moved to Arizona with her husband Bill in 1989 from Petaluma, CA. During her working years she was a telegrapher for Union Pacific Railroad, stewardess for United Airlines, and an escrow officer for Bank of America. She is survived by her loving husband E.W. "Bill" Schneider; three daughters Susan F. (Edward) Haines of Illinois, Margaret A. Kelley of California, and Wendy L. (Jim) Wovensmith of California; two sons Victor I. (Roberta) Kelley of California, and William G. (Jessica) Schneider of Washington; one sister Faye (Sterling) Eckhardt of Sun City West, AZ; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
