West Valley View, Avondale, AZ February 26, 2010 David J. Provo, 51, of Avondale died Feb. 20, 2010, in Bakersfield, Calif. Mr. Provo was born Sept. 27, 1958, in Bay City, Mich. His family moved to Arizona on May 1, 1973. He is survived by one son, James D. of Bakersfield; four sisters, Denise Delgado of Avondale, Mary Rhea of Phoenix, Kim Geary of La Sal, Utah, and Tammy of Payson; and one brother, Anthony of New York. Services will be in Bakersfield.
