Virginia Armstrong, 84, of Phoenix died Feb. 16, 2010, in Phoenix.

Mrs. Armstrong was born Sept. 1, 1925, in Chicago. She moved to Arizona in 2004.

She is survived by her husband, Richard; one daughter, Susan; one son, James; one brother; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
