Julia M. Bell,69, a 50 year resident of Avondale, died November 21, 2009. Mrs. Bell was born June 11, 1940, in Houston, TX. 

Mrs. Bell was a faithful member of Morning Star Baptist Church. She was a volunteer with Avondale Neighborhood Housing Services and an active member of the Red Hat Society.

Julia is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Bell-Booker(Stephen); 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.

A public viewing will be held Friday, November 27th at 10am at Skyway Church, 14900 W. Van Buren St. in Goodyear. 

Funeral services will begin at 11am with burial to follow. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Julia M. Bell to St. Joseph Hospital Foundation, 350 W. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85013.
